Participación Ciudadana en Políticas (Octavo año consecutivo)


Inspirado en el Modelo presentado en el Cívitas Panamericano en 1.996 por la Asociación Conciencia, ampliado en la Mesa del Dialogo Zona Norte en 2.002 y llevado a la practica desde 2.003 por tres Instituciones sin fines de lucro: Asociación Conciencia, Asociación Ciudadanía Solidaria y Fundación Normatil, hemos dado comienzo por séptimo año consecutivo en San Isidro el Módulo Participación Ciudadana en Políticas Públicas para alumnos que están cursando el último año del ciclo secundario, durante el mismo reciben herramientas que les sirven para interiorizarse en temas que atañen a la Comunidad y toman conciencia de como afectan las Políticas Públicas la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos.

 

Las instituciones, Organizaciones fundamentales de un Estado, deben funcionar adecuada y armoniosamente. Para que ello suceda se requiere de ciudadanos compenetrados con su responsabilidad y que intervengan activamente en la elaboración de las Políticas Públicas pues estas afluyen decididamente en la vida de las personas, si son perversas corrompen a la sociedad y dificultan extraordinariamente el logro del bien humano y siendo buenas, coayudan a ella eficazmente.

Este Módulo surgió como una necesidad de fomentar la responsabilidad cívica, introducir a los jóvenes en la actividad participativa y relacionarlos con nuestros Representantes a nivel Municipal, porque hacen falta más ciudadanos activos, entendiendo como tales a aquellos que recaban información, la analizan, sacan conclusiones y opinan al respecto.

Lugar de encuentro: la Escuela.
Duración del Módulo: de marzo a octubre.
Se entrega material de estudio.
Concurrencia al Honorable Consejo Deliberante.
Simulacro de sesión con la elaboración, debate, y promulgación de una Ordenanza.
Certificado de asistencia.
Control de gestión.

Citizen Participation in Public Policy (eighth consecutive year) 


Inspired by the model presented in 1996 by "Civitas Panamericano" for "Asociación Conciencia", expanded at the Dialogue Table in "Zona Norte" 2002 and implemented since 2003 by three nonprofit institutions: "Asociación Conciencia", "Asociación CIudadanía Solidaria" and "Fundación Normatil" We have begun for the seventh consecutive year in San Isidro the Module Citizen Participation in Public Policies for students who are enrolled in the final year of secondary education, received during the same tools they use to learn in matters pertaining to the Community and become aware how public policies affect the quality of life of citizens.

Institutions, critical Organizations of a State, must function properly and harmoniously. For that to happen requires citizens committed whit his responsibility and actively involved in developing public policies, because that have a strongly in the life of the people, if they are evil and corrupt impede the achievement of very good human being, if they are efective contribute to a good commun being.

This Module came as a silliness to promote civic responsibility, to bring young people into participation activity and relate them to our Representatives at the Municipal level, because we need more active citizens, defined as those who collect information, analyze, draw conclusions and thinks about it.

Meeting Place: School.
Module Duration: March to October.
Study material is delivered.
Concurrent to the Honorable Deliberative Council.
Drill session with the preparation, discussion and enactment of an ordinance.
Certificate of attendance.
Management control.
